I have bought the plan with 45 collaborators, so my 42 students and me can form groups. However, I set up 6 private groups, in each of which 7 students will join. Is this the right plan or should I have only bought 8 collaborators? It shows in each group 7/45 members, so I wonder if I overpaid and might get a refund?

Possible reduction in monthly fee?
Hi,
I wonder if the monthly fee may be reduced for using Mendeley? As we keep using Mendeley, the storage needed for synchronization keeps increasing. Right now, Mendeley charges about $15 for unlimited storage, which may well be a burden for many folks. I wonder if the cost of using Mendeley with unlimited cloud storage may be reduced. For instance, there are already other reference managers that only charge about $5 per month for unlimitted cloud storage.

number of Group users
When one signs up for a group plan and selects a number of collaborators, does this number refer to the total number of collaborators who can be added to all groups, or the number of collaborators that can be associated with any one group. In other words, if I have a lab group of 10 people working on two projects, can I have 5 distinct people on 2 groups with a 5 collaborator plan, or would I need a 10 collaborator plan?

More than one team plan owner?
Dear Medeley team,
is it possible to define more than one person as the team plan owner or is a team plan always owned by the one user who ordered it?
Background: I am member of a research group and take care of IT questions. The ideal team plan for us should also give my boss the possibility to be in the role of an admin (create groups,...). But I would like to order from my account. Is this possible?

Upgrading link doesn´t work

I work at Tallinn University Library. My institution got Premium accounts, but for one of my professors, Kaire Kollom the upgrading link I sent her, doesn´t seem to be working. She had Mendeley account before we got upgrade and now has changed her e-mail for institutional one (@tlu.ee) to get Premium account, but it´s not working. Availability of team plan with constantly changing collaborators
Dear Mendeley Support team,
I have a question regarding the team plans you offer.
We would be interested in getting a team plan for up to 10 or 15 collaborators, but can we change collaborators all the time? We for instance have interns that we would like to add to a group, but when they leave we would like to remove him/her from the group and invite the next one.
As far as I understand from the questions posted one person of our team gets the premium plan and can create the groups + invite the others to collaborate. So then it should work to invite and delete, and invite someone else right?

Last year on completing the Mendeley Certification Program for Librarians I received from your team a link for 500-user Premium Upgrade.
Now a researcher whom I gave the link is not able to upgrade is account, the e-mail is e.surra@campus.fct.unl.pt.
When she activate the link Mendeley request the username and password but the account isn't upgraded.

Collaborators on Team Plans
If I sign up for a team plan (5 collaborators), do 5 users get access to premium team plans or does only one user get access to the premium team plan and is then able to invite up to five collaborators to join their private group libraries?
In other words, if my lab signs up for the team plan for $49/month, can 5 of us use team plans to invite other people to our private group libraries? Or does this just allow all 5 of us to share in the same libraries.

If I upgrade to a premium plan, will I get timely technical support? I've been having a problem syncing for over a week now. I got a response and was told to send a copy of my database, which I did 4 days ago. I've yet to get any response or resolution of this problem. I'm in the middle of a large systematic review, and I can't complete the screening process if I'm unable to sync my library.
I can't find any detailed information about what is included with a premium account. There's just the barest information about increased storage space. Please advise.

New prices (February 2017)
The last 15 days my team and I were waiting for new prices for the team space. We need that in order to choose if we use Zotero or Mendley and we have to decide by Sunday 19 February. I hope that you will publicise your new prices otherwise we have to chose Zotero because we need to plan ahead. I personally prefer Mendeley but this situation is very inconvenient.

Using the 5GB from a premium plan towards shared web space

I purchased a premium plan for 105 euros from you just now, because I wanted to increase the shared web space to use it for collaborating and sharing articles, because your desktop version said that "For more Web Space, restricted groups and members, please upgrade your account". This turned out to be my personal web space, but it did not increase the shared web space, which I actually needed. Could this subscription be turned into increasing the shared web space instead? If not, could the subscription be reimbursed to the same account, because I have no unfortunately no interest in using Mendeley, if I cannot collaborate here with my co-workers?
