Upgrading link doesn´t work
Hello,
I work at Tallinn University Library. My institution got Premium accounts, but for one of my professors, Kaire Kollom the upgrading link I sent her, doesn´t seem to be working. She had Mendeley account before we got upgrade and now has changed her e-mail for institutional one (@tlu.ee) to get Premium account, but it´s not working. I would be happy, if you could say, what´s wrong.

Pay-back Request
Could you pay me back the amount taken from my account for the order (ID:1298471) on 2016-03-23? I didn't know that it would be renewed and I wanted to purchase it once. Already I haven't used it for almost 20 days. I think to increase the personal space a few months later as I'm busy nowadays.

Availability of team plan with constantly changing collaborators
Dear Mendeley Support team,
I have a question regarding the team plans you offer.
We would be interested in getting a team plan for up to 10 or 15 collaborators, but can we change collaborators all the time? We for instance have interns that we would like to add to a group, but when they leave we would like to remove him/her from the group and invite the next one.
As far as I understand from the questions posted one person of our team gets the premium plan and can create the groups + invite the others to collaborate. So then it should work to invite and delete, and invite someone else right?

Payment plans in non-US $ currency
Hi, I live in India and use Mendeley. Would like to know if it is possible to pay for Mendeley premium plans in any currency other than USD as mentioned on your website. I would prefer to pay in the local currency (Indian Rupee) if possible instead of having to go through the foreign currency/ exchange rate problems. Do let me know.

Account upgrade
Hello.
I'm a librarian at NOVA University of Lisbon, at the Faculty of Sciences and Technology.
Last year on completing the Mendeley Certification Program for Librarians I received from your team a link for 500-user Premium Upgrade.
Now a researcher whom I gave the link is not able to upgrade is account, the e-mail is e.surra@campus.fct.unl.pt.
When she activate the link Mendeley request the username and password but the account isn't upgraded.
Can you help?

How can I increase the number of collaborators in the already existing team plan?
Hi. I subscribed the basic team plan (5 collaborators) for two years, but I would like to add one more collaborator to the plan (so 6 collaborators in total).
I am wondering how I can add one more collaborator to the existing plan by paying only the increment.

I have been charged on 9/6/16 for another 2-year subscription by auto-renewal. I expected an email before this charge was placed but it must be your practice to send this notification after a charge has been made.

Sign up process for Commercial Team Plan
Hello, I have been trialling a personal Mendeley account and I am now investigating signing up for a 30 user Team Plan for my company KalVista Pharmaceuticals Ltd (http://kalvista.com). Collaborators on Team Plans
If I sign up for a team plan (5 collaborators), do 5 users get access to premium team plans or does only one user get access to the premium team plan and is then able to invite up to five collaborators to join their private group libraries?
In other words, if my lab signs up for the team plan for $49/month, can 5 of us use team plans to invite other people to our private group libraries? Or does this just allow all 5 of us to share in the same libraries.

Error during upgrading
I have tried to upgraded my account to Premium Plan; after the last step the system gave me an error message: "a bug". I've checked my account and I can see some info upgraded but don't appear the account upgrade. How I can know if the payment is effective and the upgrad is finished?

plan features
If I upgrade to a premium plan, will I get timely technical support? I've been having a problem syncing for over a week now. I got a response and was told to send a copy of my database, which I did 4 days ago. I've yet to get any response or resolution of this problem. I'm in the middle of a large systematic review, and I can't complete the screening process if I'm unable to sync my library.
I can't find any detailed information about what is included with a premium account. There's just the barest information about increased storage space. Please advise.
